When calling to schedule let me know your cake likes and dislikes...this helps narrow down the tasting.
Pending the style and flavor, prices will vary. Cake Tastings are free for weddings of 100 or more. Tasting can be booked once your reception time and place are set in stone. Please do not book your wedding cake before you know where and when, delivery times may overlap and it is a mess then! thank you!!! Tastings for less then 100 people costs $20.00. Tasting and design sessions include 4-5 cake samples of your choice and 30 minutes of meeting time.
Delivery and set-up. Fees range pending distance and time. Pick-Up of cakes is an option, but you take ALL responsibility for the cake from the time it leaves the bakery.
Deposit will be needed to hold the day of your wedding. I only take a few wedding cakes every weekend, so don't delay. Once a 50% deposit is put down, you are guaranteed your cake that day.
Changes to the guest count can change, and minor cake details as well. Remainder balance is due 2 weeks prior, and the final guest count is set at that time.
Wedding cakes are currently starting at $4.00 per person. Pricing goes up pending time and design for your cake.

Wedding Cake Tasting & Design Sessions
Tasting & Design sessions are available days, evenings & limited weekends.
Tasting includes 4-5 cake samples and 30 minutes of designers time, after that it is $35 per half hour. Tastings are for parties of 100 or more.
Not having 100 people? Tasting are $35 for 4-5 samples and 30 minutes of design time.
Please let us know your Cake flavor picks for your tasting. (4-5 please)
Choices can be emailed or phoned in. We will bake them up just for you!
If flavors are not provided 48 hours in advance you will receive our favorites sampler.
Terms
Bring with you: Colors, Invitations if you want to copy a pattern, pictures of cakes that you may like. Please do not show up and say, “ I want to do the pattern on my dress and try to draw it” Please bring me a picture! I want to build you the cake of your dreams, but I need your help in the beginning.
Deposits: deposits are 50% of your cakes estimated cost. When is it due: as soon as you know you want a Starry night cake! We may book up months, weeks, year in advance for certain dates.
Final Balance: Is due 2 weeks prior. This is when we set your final guest count and we need to collect all cake items…ie topper, jewels, ribbon, anything going on the cake!
Fresh Flowers: Flowers need to be to Starry Night the DAY BEFORE your event by 5pm!!
This way we know your flowers are correct and we can clean them to place on your cake the next day.
Day of Delivery: We deliver a lot of cakes all over the place! Time is of the essence!
Please make sure your site is UNLOCKED and cake table ready at the time of delivery on your contract.
What to expect: A cake tasting should be fun! This is your wedding day, the biggest party of your life, Remember that! It usually takes about 30 minutes and is very low stress! We will sample some cake, look over pictures, pull some ideas together and create some sketches of your cake.
Cake Cost: Cakes are currently priced at $4.00 per serving for American Buttercream and $4.25 for French Buttercream. Prices go up on cakes pending design time, fondant work and style.
Delivery Fees: Fees RANGE PENDING DAY, TIME & DISTANCE.
Starting at $25 local. Out of town prices are calculated $100 per hour round trip.
